Firearm Purchase Requirements

Before your firearm order can be processed, please review the following requirements:

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• FFL Transfer Required: All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your residence (except where permitted by applicable law).
• Provide Your Receiving FFL: It is your responsibility to have your chosen receiving FFL dealer send a copy of their current Federal Firearms License to us. Please include your name and order number with the FFL information to avoid delays.
• Valid Government-Issued Identification: You must present a valid government-issued photo ID to your receiving FFL dealer at the time of transfer. Additional documentation may be required by federal, state, or local law.
• Know Your State and Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that the firearm, magazine, or other regulated item you purchase is legal to own in your state and local jurisdiction. We will not ship items prohibited by applicable law.
• Background Check: All firearm transfers are subject to the required federal background check and any applicable state or local requirements before the firearm can be transferred to you.
• Transfer Fees: Your receiving FFL dealer may charge a transfer fee. These fees areseparate from your purchase and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Order Cancellations and Returns: If an order cannot be completed due to legal restrictions, failure to provide FFL information, denial of the background check, or refusal by the receiving FFL, the order may be subject to cancellation, return shipping costs, restocking fees, or other applicable charges.

By placing your order, you certify that:

• You are legally eligible to purchase and possess the firearm(s) ordered.
• You are at least the minimum age required by federal, state, and local law.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You understand and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, transfer, possession, and ownership of firearms.
