Please fill out the form below (downloadable link or fill out online https://forms.gle/peTYW7J7DCT485XQ8) and include it with your firearm(s). Ensure proper shipping procedures, signature verification, and insurance are in place before shipment – we cannot be held responsible for packages and items sent without adult signature required. Please do not place any cerakoted items in an ultrasonic cleaner. We will not be held responsible for damage caused to the firearm / parts.
